Havilah Therapy Services provides compassionate, individualized pediatric therapy for children and young adults ages 0–21. Whether you are a parent, caregiver, physician or referral source, we can help you understand what is needed to begin services.
Referral Process
What happens after you request therapy?
Our referral process is designed to help families move from their initial request to evaluation and treatment as smoothly as possible.

Contact Havilah or submit a referral
Contact our team or submit a referral to begin the process of requesting therapy services for your child.

Insurance & service availability are verified
Insurance benefits and service availability are reviewed to help determine coverage and whether the requested services are currently available.

Required physician referral or order is obtained
When required, the appropriate physician referral or order is obtained before moving forward with services.

Patient intake forms are completed
Parents or caregivers complete the required patient intake paperwork and provide the information needed to support the child's care.

An evaluation is scheduled
Once the necessary requirements are in place, an evaluation is scheduled with the appropriate Havilah clinician.

Treatment begins after authorization, when required
Treatment begins once the evaluation and required authorization steps have been completed, when authorization is required.
